Blame it on the rain.......

As I type this Chad is singing "blame it on the rain"....this is taking a lot longer than it should because he won't shut up....lol.....

Our friends, Ashley and Jon, invited us to go to the Dayton Dragons game this afternoon....they just got back from Africa and we've been trying to go to a game for a while so we were so excited to get to hang out with them and see a game = ) Well......the weather turned out to be not so great for baseball today......there was a rain delay before the game even started.....we checked out the radar before we went in, and definitely had our doubts about the game even starting.....but we went out in the rain anyway.....

it was a little windy = ) right when Jon opened the umbrella it flipped inside out

Ashley got a kick out of it...lol

When we got to the field the announcer came on and informed us that we were still in a rain delay (obviously)....and then put "Blame it on the Rain" by Milli Vanilli on for everyone's listening pleasure = ) lol .....awesome

My bad Jon.....lol.....no one told me I was stabbing you in the eye with the umbrella = /

Announcer- "good news folks.........we still have plenty of hotdogs and beer available".......

There was about 5 minutes that it wasn't raining on us..we used the opportunity to take a few pictures

We bailed after the picture session.... they eventually rescheduled the game for a couple weeks from now...... even though we didn't get to see the game, we had lots of laughs hanging out with Jon and Ashley!
